Senior Engineer – IoT

Thingularity is looking for a IoT Engineer / Senior Engineer with 3-5 years of development experience in
implementation of Industrial IoT platform/ applications on Linux based system with Python as the base
programming language.
Key Skillsets
1. Hands-on experience in IoT implementation.
2. Development experience of Python programming on Linux OS.
3. Worked on TCP/IP stack and common network protocols such as UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP
4. Worked with industrial protocols – BACnet and Modbus
5. Good understanding of Python Multiprocessing and multithreading
6. Experience in wireless networking protocol LoRaWan
7. Good understanding of application architecture designing, coding rules, algorithm analysis, and code
compilation techniques
8. Must have experience in developing, building and debugging Docker based applications.
9. Worked on various code management and configuration tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Bitbucket
10. Must have fundamental understanding of IoT architecture and Cloud IoT platforms.

2. Python and C++ programming language should be used
3. Interface with the customer to understand the user requirements and convert them into functions
4. Maintain existing applications and add features when required
5. The applications will be harnessed to control and monitor industrial equipment
6. Architecting end to end solutions based on IoT.
7. Technology Consulting – suggesting devices, sensors and communication technology to be used by the
customer.
